2. Application
Every order placed automatically stands as an agreement by the Buyer with our terms and conditions, which are an integral part of the transaction agreement, with exception of all other general or special conditions coming from the Buyer, unless expressly stipulated otherwise in writing.
3. Order
An agreement is considered valid after the electronic placing of the order by clicking the hyperlink ‘order with payment obligation’, or by sending an email which includes an order. With every electronic order of goods the costumer explicitly declares to agree with these terms and conditions by clicking ‘order these items’. An electronic order without this declaration of approval is, except deceit, technically impossible so that these conditions are always binding on the part of the customer.
4. Prices and goods
The sales prices are expressed in euros, shipping fee excluded. The prices are subject to change and wrong entries.
The colours of the goods are purely indicative. Nuances can appear in comparison to the actual product.
Information, images, oral statements, showings etc. concerning all offers and the most important characteristics of the goods that are provided through telephone or email, will be represented or done as accurately as possible. Sneakers and paws is not responsible for the by her provided advices or type errors on the website.
Availability and quantity are always provided with every product. Sneakers and paws makes every attempt to accurately provide these elements. However, it might occur that a delivery cannot happen because of inadvertently wrong stock data or when the fabrics are no longer available. In that case sneakers and paws will contact you as soon as possible and propose a solution.
5. Payment
Every order is immediately available for payment when the sale agreement is made. When payment is done through a bank transfer, you will receive the ordered goods only after the due payment is received.
6. Execution
The execution of the sale agreement is normally done straight after payment through bank transfer or Paypal. Some delay however does not give the right to a compensation. In case of a payment through a bank transfer the delivery of the ordered goods will happen within five work days after crediting our account. In this case, delay does not give give the right to a compensation either.
7. Shipment
As soon as the payment is received, the order will be sent as soon as possible, at the latest within 3 work days through BPOST.
8. Reconsider and return
For all goods purchased at sneakers and paws, in agreement with the Belgian law on trade practises, the informing and protection of the consumer of the 12thof April 2010, you have the right to reconsider during 14 calendar days.
This period begins when either you or someone else in your name receives the goods. During your time to reconsider, we expect you to treat the goods and packaging with care.
There is no right to renounce if the product and packaging are no longer in their original, complete, undamaged and unused state. When you wish to invoke the right to renounce, a written or oral statement shall be made within 14 calendar days counted from the day after the delivery of the goods. There is no payment of a fine associated with the renouncing of the purchase, and it can be done without stating reasons.
The goods must be returned undamaged, unused and unopened (in original condition and packaging) at the latest within 14 calendar days of receipt. The dispatch date counts as a check. All accompanying documentation and packaging materials must be enclosed with the return shipment, as well as your bank account number. The direct costs for returns are borne by the Buyer. Unstamped or insufficiently
prepaid shipments are always refused and returned to the sender.
Sneakers and paws will refund the complete purchase amount within 30 days of receipt of the goods. If we do not receive the goods conform the terms of the right to renounce, the purchase amount shall not or not completely be reimbursed. In this case, the product remains your property. At your request, the product can be sent back to you, for which you pay the corresponding shipping costs.
Exceptions to the stipulated provisions are the following:
* When a product is made or changed especially for you, logically you cannot invoke the right to renounce.
* When a product is worn or otherwise damaged by personal use, your right to a refund of your payment will expire.

9. Check
The Buyer has to examine the goods immediately after receipt. They remain handmade products, but if there is a visible defect, this must be reported immediately. Hidden defaults can only lead to a replacement, not to compensation. The defaults should be reported within 14 days after delivery in a written statement to sneakers and paws.
10. Reservation of ownership
All goods remain property of sneakers and paws until the full payment has been made.
11. Disputes
Only Belgian Law applies to the general terms and conditions of sneakers and paws. The Antwerp court has jurisdiction over all disputes.
12. Intellectual property rights
The content of this website, brands, logo’s, drawings, data, product- or company names, texts, images etc included, is protected by intellectual property rights and belongs to sneakers and paws or rightful third parties.
