Ordering your favorite items is very easy. Choose the item that you’d like to order, select your size and the color you want and click ‘In shopping bag’. The item will be added to your shopping bag as if by magic! You can finish your order or you can continue shopping. If you are done shopping and want to place your order, go to your shopping bag and continue to checkout. Follow the steps to complete your payment and your order has been placed! We’ll keep you updated about your order via email. After we recieved the payment, it will be shipped the same day.

Is your size out of stock? No worries! Send an email to letting us know which item you want, and we will see what we can do.

Absolutely! There are a number of giftcards available in our webstore. The giftcards are always wrapped and sent as a gift! You can have it deliverd to your own address or as a present to a friends. Giftcards are valid for 1 jear and can be used online.

Are you looking for a giftcard that has a different amount to the ones we have to offer? That can be done! Please send an email to or give us a ring on +32 474 22 71 40 and we’ll be glad to help.

At the check out step you’ll see the comments box ‘giftcard or voucher code Sneakers and Paws’. Fill in your code, click activate and your discount will automatically be added to your total amount. Discount codes on special offers can be used in the same way. When you click activate the discount will be added straight away. One thing: discount codes are not valid when using a gift card or on our sale items, unless we say otherwise. It’s also not possible to use more than one discount code at a time.

Did you see a special offer in our newsletter or on Facebook of Instagram, or did you forget to fill in your giftcard code? No worries, it happens! Just send an email to and we’ll help you out.

Is there something wrong with your address details or did you order the wrong item or size? No stress! It can happen. Call or email us as soon as possible after you’ve completed your order so we can quickly correct it.


You can pay for your order by iDeal, credit card (VISA and MasterCard), Bankcontact Mister Cash, and ofcourse with a Sneakers and Paws gift card.

When the amount of your order is €50 or more, you do not pay any shipping cost (only BE, NL, Germany). If you order under €50, you pay for Belgium €4,95, Netherland €7,95 and Germany €8,95 shipping.

For France, when the amount of your order is €100 or more, you do not pay any shipping cost.

If you order under €100, you pay for shipping to France €9,95.

For Great Britain, when the amount of your order is €75 or more, you do not pay any shipping cost.

If you order under €75, you pay for shipping to Great Britain €10,95.

For Spain, when the amount of your order is €75 or more, you do not pay any shipping cost.

If you order under €75, you pay for shipping to Spain €16,95.

We would like to point out that Sneakers and Paws isn’t responsible for any loss, damage or theft due to BPost.

So, you don’t live within the EU or other country’s within the EU but you really want to place an order through our webstore? No problem! The shipping costs for shipping to country’s outside and inside of the EU are the standard shipping prices from BPOST.


After we recieved your payment, it will be shipped the same day.


Have you recevied your order but it’s not quite what you hoped for? That’s a shame but it can happen. Please let us know that you’re wanting to return the item by sending an email to stating your name, order number, the name of the item and why you’re returning it.

Returns from Belgium can be quite expensive. To prevent this we can provide you with a returns label. Send us an email to find a perfect sollution.

Processing your returned order takes about two days. As soon as your returned order is processed, you’ll receive an email. It usually takes a couple of days for your payment to be transferred back to your bank account.
